96/5.3m was good for 20 mins until wind picked up then 76/5.3m. Nice sailing in small swells. After 50 mins went to squares to meet Sophie then back to sailing. Navigated through slalom course and sailors, probably cheesing a few off, but harbour wall was bit messy so back to Bay where rollers had increased. Nicely powered. Rollers could have been smoother so only 4*.
Didn't switch GPS on for whole session so added bit on to distance.
